A2M

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, A2M mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 326 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible A2M-associated genes across cancer lineages are VWC2L, CCL7, and SLC10A2. Each is linked with A2M in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both A2M-to-partner and partner-to-A2M results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VWC2L grouped by A2M-low versus A2M-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (A2M→partner) and Y-score (partner→A2M) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
