A1BG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, A1BG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,061 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible A1BG-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMM22, SAT2, and CTDNEP1. Each is linked with A1BG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both A1BG-to-partner and partner-to-A1BG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIMM22 grouped by A1BG-low versus A1BG-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (A1BG→partner) and Y-score (partner→A1BG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
