A1BG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, A1BG mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible A1BG-associated genes across cancer lineages are Wee1 Inhibitor, PF-562271, and Embelin. Each is linked with A1BG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both A1BG-to-partner and partner-to-A1BG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Wee1 Inhibitor grouped by A1BG-low versus A1BG-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (A1BG→partner) and Y-score (partner→A1BG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
