Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to WHI-P97 is significantly associated with the shRNA dependency of multiple gene dependencies, with LUNG_SCLC cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.

The most reproducible WHI-P97 response-associated gene dependencies across cancer lineages are EIF4G2, GRID1, and HMGCLL1, each associated with drug response in up to 7 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.

Each biomarker is linked to its corresponding Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest observed association, WHI-P97 response versus EIF4G2 shRNA dependency in LUNG_SCLC (Pearson r = -0.46).
