Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to WH-4-023 is significantly associated with the pathway activity of multiple pathways, with OESOPHAGUS cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.
The most reproducible WH-4-023 response-associated pathways across cancer lineages are Regulation of translation at presynapse, Regulation of translation at presynapse, modulating synaptic transmission, and Toll-like receptor 3 signaling pathway, each associated with drug response in up to 6 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.
Each biomarker is linked to its corresponding Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest observed association, WH-4-023 response versus Regulation of translation at presynapse pathway activity in OESOPHAGUS (Pearson r = 0.82).
