Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to Temsirolimus is significantly associated with the total protein of multiple proteins, with BONE cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.
The most reproducible Temsirolimus response-associated proteins across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E1, Chk2, and Gab2, each associated with drug response in up to 5 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.
