Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to Telomerase Inhibitor IX is significantly associated with the RNA expression of multiple genes, with KIDNEY cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.

The most reproducible Telomerase Inhibitor IX response-associated genes across cancer lineages are P3H3, EPS8, and ACSL5, each associated with drug response in up to 10 lineages.
