Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to QL-XII-47 is significantly associated with the mutation status of multiple genes, with BLOOD_Lymphoma cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.
The most reproducible QL-XII-47 response-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAH6, FLG2, and PIK3C2G, each associated with drug response in up to 3 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.
