Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to QL-X-138 is significantly associated with the protein-level pathway activity of multiple pathways, with LIVER cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.
The most reproducible QL-X-138 response-associated pathways across cancer lineages are Hormone metabolic process, Negative regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, and Positive regulation of phospholipid biosynthetic process, each associated with drug response in up to 8 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.
Each biomarker is linked to its corresponding Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest observed association, QL-X-138 response versus Hormone metabolic process protein-level pathway activity in LIVER (Pearson r = -0.57).
