Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to PI3Ka_4409 is significantly associated with the pathway activity of multiple pathways, with LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.
The most reproducible PI3Ka_4409 response-associated pathways across cancer lineages are B cell apoptotic process, Locomotory exploration behavior, and Regulation of natural killer cell mediated cytotoxicity, each associated with drug response in up to 9 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.
Each biomarker is linked to its corresponding Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest observed association, PI3Ka_4409 response versus B cell apoptotic process pathway activity in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC (Pearson r = 0.59).
