PI-103

response biomarkers — cross-omics
Drug responseDRUG → PROTEIN-RPPACell linePI-103, PI103, PI 103

Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to PI-103 is significantly associated with the total protein of multiple proteins, with LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.

The most reproducible PI-103 response-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FRA1, MEK1, and XBP1, each associated with drug response in up to 7 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.

Each biomarker is linked to its corresponding Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest observed association, PI-103 response versus FRA1 total protein in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD (Pearson r = 0.34).

Total protein biomarkers of PI-103 response

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (response→biomarker) and Y-score (biomarker→response) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. The reported p-values are derived from the association test.
