The most reproducible PF-562271 response-associated pathways across cancer lineages are Neutrophil mediated cytotoxicity, Neutrophil-mediated killing of symbiont cell, and Neutrophil differentiation, each associated with drug response in up to 7 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.
