Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to NVP-TAE684 is significantly associated with the pathway activity of multiple pathways, with SKIN cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.
The most reproducible NVP-TAE684 response-associated pathways across cancer lineages are Regulation of myeloid dendritic cell cytokine production, Positive regulation of myeloid dendritic cell cytokine production, and Embryonic cranial skeleton morphogenesis, each associated with drug response in up to 6 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.
Each biomarker is linked to its corresponding Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest observed association, NVP-TAE684 response versus Regulation of myeloid dendritic cell cytokine production pathway activity in SKIN (Pearson r = 0.73).
