Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to N25720-51-A1 is significantly associated with the shRNA dependency of multiple gene dependencies, with CNS cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.
The most reproducible N25720-51-A1 response-associated gene dependencies across cancer lineages are TYK2, HTATSF1, and INTS6, each associated with drug response in up to 8 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.
