MIRA-1

response biomarkers — cross-omics
Drug responseDRUG → MUTATIONCell lineMIRA 1, MIRA1, NSC19630, NSC-19630, NSC 19630

Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to MIRA-1 is significantly associated with the mutation status of multiple genes, with LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.

The most reproducible MIRA-1 response-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRV1, AHNAK, and ADGRG4, each associated with drug response in up to 4 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.

Each biomarker is linked to its corresponding Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest observed association, MIRA-1 response grouped by ADGRV1 status in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

Mutation status biomarkers of MIRA-1 response

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (response→biomarker) and Y-score (biomarker→response) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. The reported p-values are derived from the association test.
