Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to MCT1_6447 is significantly associated with the pathway activity of multiple pathways, with BONE cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.
The most reproducible MCT1_6447 response-associated pathways across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of actin filament depolymerization, Endocytic recycling, and Negative regulation of protein polymerization, each associated with drug response in up to 12 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.
Each biomarker is linked to its corresponding Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest observed association, MCT1_6447 response versus Negative regulation of actin filament depolymerization pathway activity in BONE (Pearson r = -0.44).
