Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to KIN001-266 is significantly associated with the shRNA pathway dependency of multiple pathways, with LUNG_SCLC cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.
The most reproducible KIN001-266 response-associated pathways across cancer lineages are Regulation of epithelial cell differentiation involved in kidney development, Magnesium ion homeostasis, and Regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase III, each associated with drug response in up to 7 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.
Each biomarker is linked to its corresponding Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest observed association, KIN001-266 response versus Regulation of epithelial cell differentiation involved in kidney development shRNA pathway dependency in LUNG_SCLC (Pearson r = -0.56).
