Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to JNK-9L is significantly associated with the protein-level pathway activity of multiple pathways, with URINARY_TRACT cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.
The most reproducible JNK-9L response-associated pathways across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein targeting to membrane, Cell fate commitment involved in formation of primary germ layer, and Endodermal cell fate commitment, each associated with drug response in up to 7 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.
Each biomarker is linked to its corresponding Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest observed association, JNK-9L response versus Positive regulation of protein targeting to membrane protein-level pathway activity in URINARY_TRACT (Pearson r = -0.58).
