Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to JAK_8517 is significantly associated with the protein-level pathway activity of multiple pathways, with SOFT_TISSUE cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.
The most reproducible JAK_8517 response-associated pathways across cancer lineages are Leukocyte cell-cell adhesion, Nitric oxide metabolic process, and Positive regulation of fatty acid oxidation, each associated with drug response in up to 8 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.
Each biomarker is linked to its corresponding Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest observed association, JAK_8517 response versus Leukocyte cell-cell adhesion protein-level pathway activity in SOFT_TISSUE (Pearson r = -0.60).
