Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to IGFR_3801 is significantly associated with the response to other drugs of multiple drugs, with BLOOD_Myeloma cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.

The most reproducible IGFR_3801 response-associated drugs across cancer lineages are IGF1R_3801, Foretinib, and BMS-754807, each associated with drug response in up to 19 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.
