Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to HG-5-113-01 is significantly associated with the pathway activity of multiple pathways, with LUNG_SCLC cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.
The most reproducible HG-5-113-01 response-associated pathways across cancer lineages are Nuclear polyadenylation-dependent rRNA catabolic process, TRAMP-dependent tRNA surveillance pathway, and Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, each associated with drug response in up to 9 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.
Each biomarker is linked to its corresponding Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest observed association, HG-5-113-01 response versus Nuclear polyadenylation-dependent rRNA catabolic process pathway activity in LUNG_SCLC (Pearson r = 0.73).
