Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to Genentech Cpd 10 is significantly associated with the pathway activity of multiple pathways, with OESOPHAGUS cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.
The most reproducible Genentech Cpd 10 response-associated pathways across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell cycle process, Negative regulation of endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response, and Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle, each associated with drug response in up to 10 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.
Each biomarker is linked to its corresponding Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest observed association, Genentech Cpd 10 response versus Positive regulation of cell cycle process pathway activity in OESOPHAGUS (Pearson r = 0.39).
