Drug responseDRUG → RNACell line1-(7-(2-methylsulfonyl-phenyl)-4-propoxy-1-aza-bicyclo[4.3.0]nona-2,4,6,8-tetraen-9-yl)-ethanone
Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to GSK2801 is significantly associated with the RNA expression of multiple genes, with BLOOD_Myeloma cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.
The most reproducible GSK2801 response-associated genes across cancer lineages are FICD, ANP32A, and SNRPA, each associated with drug response in up to 10 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.
Each biomarker is linked to its corresponding Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest observed association, GSK2801 response versus FICD RNA expression in BLOOD_Myeloma (Pearson r = -0.59).
Rna expression biomarkers of GSK2801 response
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (response→biomarker) and Y-score (biomarker→response) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. The reported p-values are derived from the association test.
