Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to GNF-2 is significantly associated with the pathway activity of multiple pathways, with LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.
The most reproducible GNF-2 response-associated pathways across cancer lineages are Fucose transmembrane transport, Positive regulation of termination of DNA-templated transcription, and Retina vasculature development in camera-type eye, each associated with drug response in up to 6 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.
Each biomarker is linked to its corresponding Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest observed association, GNF-2 response versus Fucose transmembrane transport pathway activity in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD (Pearson r = -0.72).
