Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to Dyrk1b_0191 is significantly associated with the shRNA pathway dependency of multiple pathways, with SKIN cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.
The most reproducible Dyrk1b_0191 response-associated pathways across cancer lineages are Response to salt stress, Negative regulation of type B pancreatic cell apoptotic process, and Response to water-immersion restraint stress, each associated with drug response in up to 7 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.
