Drug responseDRUG → MUTATIONCell lineAZD2171, AZD 2171, AZD-2171, Recentin
Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to Cediranib is significantly associated with the mutation status of multiple genes, with LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.
The most reproducible Cediranib response-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRP1B, PKHD1L1, and COL11A1, each associated with drug response in up to 3 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.
Each biomarker is linked to its corresponding Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest observed association, Cediranib response grouped by LRP1B status in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
Mutation status biomarkers of Cediranib response
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (response→biomarker) and Y-score (biomarker→response) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. The reported p-values are derived from the association test.
