Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to Camptothecin is significantly associated with the RNA expression of multiple genes, with URINARY_TRACT cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.

The most reproducible Camptothecin response-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLFN11, DAPK1, and ZNF587, each associated with drug response in up to 16 lineages.
