Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to BI-2536 is significantly associated with the protein-level pathway activity of multiple pathways, with UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.
The most reproducible BI-2536 response-associated pathways across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of stress granule assembly, Formation of cytoplasmic translation initiation complex, and Regulation of chromosome condensation, each associated with drug response in up to 12 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.
Each biomarker is linked to its corresponding Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest observed association, BI-2536 response versus Negative regulation of stress granule assembly protein-level pathway activity in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT (Pearson r = 0.41).
