Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to AZD8055 is significantly associated with the protein-level pathway activity of multiple pathways, with LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.
The most reproducible AZD8055 response-associated pathways across cancer lineages are Regulation of response to type II interferon, Regulation of type II interferon-mediated signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway by p53 class mediator, each associated with drug response in up to 8 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.
Each biomarker is linked to its corresponding Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest observed association, AZD8055 response versus Regulation of response to type II interferon protein-level pathway activity in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD (Pearson r = 0.41).
