Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to AZD6738 is significantly associated with the pathway activity of multiple pathways, with BONE cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.
The most reproducible AZD6738 response-associated pathways across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of release of sequestered calcium ion into cytosol, Preganglionic parasympathetic fiber development, and Negative regulation of macrophage chemotaxis, each associated with drug response in up to 8 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.
Each biomarker is linked to its corresponding Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest observed association, AZD6738 response versus Negative regulation of release of sequestered calcium ion into cytosol pathway activity in BONE (Pearson r = -0.75).
