Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to AZD5582 is significantly associated with the shRNA pathway dependency of multiple pathways, with SKIN cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.
The most reproducible AZD5582 response-associated pathways across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-independent decay, Regulation of hormone biosynthetic process, and Positive regulation of viral entry into host cell, each associated with drug response in up to 7 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.
Each biomarker is linked to its corresponding Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest observed association, AZD5582 response versus Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-independent decay shRNA pathway dependency in SKIN (Pearson r = 0.50).
