Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to AZD4547 is significantly associated with the response to other drugs of multiple drugs, with SOFT_TISSUE cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.

The most reproducible AZD4547 response-associated drugs across cancer lineages are Axitinib, PD173074, and Savolitinib, each associated with drug response in up to 18 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.
