Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to AZD3759 is significantly associated with the protein-level pathway activity of multiple pathways, with BLOOD_Myeloma cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.
The most reproducible AZD3759 response-associated pathways across cancer lineages are Retrograde vesicle-mediated transport, Golgi to endoplasmic reticulum, Epiboly, and Epiboly involved in wound healing, each associated with drug response in up to 7 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.
Each biomarker is linked to its corresponding Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest observed association, AZD3759 response versus Retrograde vesicle-mediated transport, Golgi to endoplasmic reticulum protein-level pathway activity in BLOOD_Myeloma (Pearson r = -0.65).
