Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to AZ20 is significantly associated with the total protein of multiple proteins, with LUNG_SCLC cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.
The most reproducible AZ20 response-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FOXO3a_pS318_S321, c-Myc, and HER3_pY1289, each associated with drug response in up to 7 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.
Each biomarker is linked to its corresponding Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest observed association, AZ20 response versus FOXO3a_pS318_S321 total protein in LUNG_SCLC (Pearson r = -0.58).
