Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to ARRY-520 is significantly associated with the shRNA pathway dependency of multiple pathways, with UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.
The most reproducible ARRY-520 response-associated pathways across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Cell cycle G2/M phase transition, and Pericardium morphogenesis, each associated with drug response in up to 7 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.
Each biomarker is linked to its corresponding Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest observed association, ARRY-520 response versus Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process shRNA pathway dependency in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT (Pearson r = 0.68).
