Across CCLE and GDSC cell-line panels, response to A-83-01 is significantly associated with the shRNA pathway dependency of multiple pathways, with LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC cell lines showing a particularly strong set of associations.
The most reproducible A-83-01 response-associated pathways across cancer lineages are Response to psychosocial stress, Negative regulation of receptor signaling pathway via STAT, and Negative regulation of viral genome replication, each associated with drug response in up to 7 lineages. Since the analysis identifies associations rather than directional relationships, both response-to-biomarker and biomarker-to-response views are provided.
Each biomarker is linked to its corresponding Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest observed association, A-83-01 response versus Response to psychosocial stress shRNA pathway dependency in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC (Pearson r = 0.71).
